Service of process and legal notices
Legal notices to OneTouch Processing LLC, a Michigan limited liability company should be sent in writing to 553 Norborne Avenue, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127, with a copy by email to support@onetouchprocessing.ai with “Legal Notice” in the subject line. Email alone does not constitute service of process unless we agree in writing.
Privacy requests
Requests to access, correct or delete personal information should be sent to privacy@onetouchprocessing.ai. See our Privacy Policy and California Privacy Notice.
Requests from law enforcement and regulators
We respond to valid subpoenas, court orders and regulatory requests as required by law. Send them to the address above. Requests concerning loan-file information held on behalf of a lender or brokerage client will be handled in accordance with our service agreement with that client and applicable law.
