This Privacy Policy describes how OneTouch Processing LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, doing business as OneTouch Processing (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit https://onetouchprocessing.ai or request a conversation with us. This policy covers our website. Borrower and loan-file information we handle on behalf of a lender or brokerage client is governed by our service agreement with that client and by applicable law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act; it is not collected through this website.

When you request a conversation, we collect your first and last name, work email address, telephone number, NMLS number, role, company, primary state and any notes you choose to share. When you email or call us, we collect what you send and, where permitted, call recordings.

When you visit our website we and our service providers may collect device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URL, campaign parameters (such as UTM codes), approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction data such as clicks, scrolling and form starts.
