Our commitment
Your pipeline is not our pipeline.
OneTouch Processing is affiliated with an operating mortgage brokerage. We're telling you that on the page instead of letting you find out later, because if you're going to send us borrower files you're entitled to know exactly who's on the other end.
Five commitments, in the service agreement.
We will never solicit your borrowers.
Not during the file. Not after it closes. Not in two years when rates move. Your borrowers never enter a marketing list of ours.
We will never contact your referral partners.
We don't want your agents, your builders, or your financial planners. We won't ask who they are.
Your data is segregated.
Files are accessible only to the named processors assigned to them. Access is logged. Nobody on the brokerage side of the house can see your pipeline.
We do not cross-market.
Your borrower's information is never used to market anything, by us or by anyone affiliated with us.
These are contract terms.
Every commitment above appears in the service agreement with a defined remedy for breach.
Why we can say this and mean it.
We ran a brokerage. We know exactly what it would cost us to be the vendor who poached a client, because we know what we'd have done to a vendor who tried it on us. This business only works on referral from owners who trust us, and there is no book of business worth being the company that couldn't be trusted with a pipeline.
A question worth asking every vendor
Ask who owns them. Several contract processors serving independent lenders are owned by companies with brokerage or franchise interests of their own. That isn't disqualifying — but you should know it, and you should ask what's in their agreement about it.
